It displays the measurement status by automatically scanning the sample through standard pattern for positioning revision and turn into data and compare for positioning revision and turn into data and compare it with the value of standard pattern and analyze and can look for some Samples with regular pattern. In addition, it can automatically measure diameter, total length and etc. Also, it can analyze the error for standard specification through converting data analysis to graph.
