Microscope of bridge type is a microscope that can inspect sample with installing bridge moving by X, Y axis on body in opposition to stage moving type. Stage Moving type is suitable in place that moving range of stage is not sufficiency but bridge type can be set up microscope even if place is insufficiency. Also it can work doing control panel to play sliding so that work is available at the position because microscope head moves.
