Laser Repair Microscope(LS750LRM)
Laser repair microscope is consisted of laser optical system with high accuracy linear motor it is possible to do cutting(Min. Size 1um x 1um) and marking. Stage size of product is available to make customer needs. And it can achieve position moving and laser work by using developed software compared against manual laser cutting, marking. Laser repair microscope is possible use general optical microscope as well as measuring microscope and set up Vibration Isolation system in body basically to minimize influence in inspection, measuring.

| Cutting a Gold Line on a Ceramic MCM Module |

Gold circuit lines on ceramic MCM modules are cut to disable/enable certain parts of the device.

High-frequency devices often have capacitors that are trimmed to finely tune the device to a certain frequency. In this example, a gold capacitor on a ceramic substrate was trimmed using green wavelength energy.

| Flex CIrcuit Micro-Machining |
|
Flex circuits are commonly found in disk drives, keyboard, microprocessors used in lap top computers and printers. In the following example, Kapton was removed from a portion of a flex circuit for failure analysis(left figure). UV(355 B") energy was used to remove the polyimide covering the copper circuit. With the copper circuit exporsed, green laser energy wan used to make the cut(right figure)
