Inspection microscope is manufacture microscope for FPD Inspection. It is possible for bright field, dark field, DIC, polarizing to observe through Nikon optics as well as OLED observation by using fluorescence equipment. Focusing control by motorizing is basic specification and it is a microscope that can work accurate measuring, control widely as a stage with moving manually, motorizing and auto scanning system according to type.
